So, I realized (and it has been made apparent by my good friend Jessica Tuckerman) that I don’t blog nearly as much as I should.
I often don’t have things to say, as most of my time is spent on school work, at my Day Job, or writing. I’ve been meaning to upload more photos, particularly the ones I took while on vacation with my family in Canada, but sometime during the trip, my external hard drive had a minor meltdown and now is not accessible, so I’ve been postponing those photos since they’re essentially gone unless I can find a way to fix it.
But I do have at least some photos to share from tonight’s Supermoon Lunar Eclipse!
I haven’t really enjoyed a lunar eclipse since perhaps the 6th grade, but tonight’s moon was a Supermoon, meaning it’s the closest to Earth in its orbit of us. Not to mention it’s also in the umbra (or shadow!) of the Earth so therefore, eclipse!
Gosh, I do love space.
But here is the best shot I got tonight, even though my camera was being a bit finicky and I’ve never shot anything at night before. Well, practice makes perfect.
