About

00100sPORTRAIT_00100_BURST20181107153653391_COVER.jpgMagdalyn Ann is a 25 year old genderqueer (demiflux) and in general all-around-queer YA author/dragon-slayer/lover of puppies and puns. They received their BA in Writing Arts, with a concentration in Creative Writing and a minor in Theatre, from Rowan University in 2015 and their MFA in Writing for Children & Young Adults from Sierra Nevada College in 2018.  They have dedicated their life to writing and creating stories that will forever impact readers and inspire them for years to come.

Magdalyn Ann enjoys YA fantasy and sci-fi and most genres, plus anything with dragons or queer characters. If a book makes them cry, then that book gets enshrined in their “Favorite Books Ever” hall. Which is really just their entire bookshelf.

Magdalyn Ann uses she/they pronouns.

Follow Magdalyn Ann on Twitter (@MagdalynAnn) where she rants about her Day Job, cries about books and puppies and meticulously plans and then chuckles evilly about all the things she’s going to throw at her D&D party.

Magdalyn Ann also has an unending amount of love for all puppies (of any size, age, or dopiness), but is especially attached to Nala, the First of Her Name, Licker of Toes, Chaser of Tennis Balls and a Prim & Proper Old Lady.
