Well I guess it’s about time I actually start blogging, beyond just book reviews and the occasional writing tip. And by occasional, I do of course mean the three or four I’ve written. I’m going to attempt to blog more, but as always, it’s going to be difficult. So let’s see how it goes, huh?
Since it’s May, and I’ve got final exams next week, I’ve suspended most of my writing work for the time being, since it is my second to last semester and I am graduating this month! I’ll be walking in the ceremony on the 14th, but I won’t have my degree until the next semester, since I do have to finish a few more classes to get it. But I’m almost done with school.
I’ll also be tagging along with my friend JM Tuckerman on her adventure to train her St. Bernard/Labrador mix behemoth puppy we call Belle in agility. I’ll be taking photos and cuddling with the dogs, mostly.
In regards to my writing, I’m embarking (no pun intended, in reference to the previous paragraph) on the last journey in my edits, and I hope to start querying agents before the summer ends. So that’s a little nerve-wracking.
But JM Tuckerman and I (and some friends) will be attending BookCon at the end of May and I’m excited.
I just need to make business cards, hopefully for myself and for Round Robin, before then and be ready to meet so many awesome writerly people!
